Ionizer

A problem that frequently occurs when processing plastic granulate is the disruptive electrostatic charging. Static binding forces cause particularly small particles to cling to the granules, which can have a negative effect on the quality of the granulate and thus on the end product. Our solution is the ionizer. The inonisation module generates a corona discharge, causing the dust particles to loose their grip so that they can be easily disengaged from the granule. Apart from eliminating electrostatic charges and thus improving the dedusting quality, it is also possible to increase the throughput and reduce segregation effects.

Always keep an eye on the state of your machine – visually or acoustically! Malfunctions are quickly and reliably indicated through the use of signal lamps. Thus, employees can directly react to changing situations. This provides more safety and considerably reduces reaction and waiting times.
