We process sheets with a thickness of up to 10 millimetres and a maximum length of 3,050 millimetres with CNC folding presses of the latest generation. Whether tubular constructions, beaded profiles or conical shapes – we bend all sheets into the shape you desire. Without corners and edges.

Specialists with many years of experience are necessary to weld stainless steel, but also aluminium or steel sheet. Our skilled workers are proficient in working at the manual welding workplaces, the automatic longitudinal seam welding machine, the spot welder as well as laser and robot welding machine.

Dirt and oil stand no chance

An important process at our company is the reliable cleaning of sensitive components with complex geometries. With our single chamber parts cleaning machine we can combine the methods of spray and flood cleaning as well as ultrasonic cleaning for adhering dirt. The entire process is continuously monitored and has been validated according to the current medical directives ISO 13485.

For an efficient preparation of the operating theatre it is necessary that sterile material is easy to locate. At the same time, the functionality of the rack system is just as important as stability, clear arrangement and hygiene. The container racks by MBengineering consist of universally combinable components that can be configured according to your wishes. In addition, the rack system offers adequate space to integrate and thus safely stow away transport trolleys. All metal components are made of premium and resilient stainless steel.
